President Shrub is criticizing the Democratic led United States Congress for failing to O.K. statute law to fund the government. Democrats state the president is blocking a measure that would spread out wellness insurance for mediocre children.

President Shrub states United States Congress is not getting its work done. "The House of Representatives have wasted valuable clip on a changeless watercourse of investigations. And the Senate have wasted valuable clip on an eternal series of failing ballots to draw our military personnel out of Iraq," he said.

Since taking control of United States Congress earlier this year, Democrats in the House have got investigated the Justice Department's fire of respective prosecutors. Senate Democrats have got tried unsuccessfully to coerce the president to put a timetable for the backdown of U.S. military personnel from Iraq.

President Shrub states they should have got been passing appropriations measures to fund the federal government.

Democrats are now considering combining appropriations for the Defense Department and Veterans' Administrations with labor, health, and instruction spending. If they do, the president states he will blackball what he names a three-bill pile-up. "It is difficult to conceive of a more than misanthropic political scheme than trying to throw surety support for our military personnel in armed combat and our hurt warriors in order to pull out $11 billion in further societal spending," he said.

The president states Democrats are trying to raise taxations in statute law on farming, energy, little concerns and a programme providing wellness coverage for mediocre families.

Mr. Shrub states he back ups expanding that wellness coverage programme but not as much as Democrats desire because he states that would travel more than people off private coverage and into government-run programs.

The president have already vetoed that statute law once. Democrats are pushing it again with alterations sought by some Republicans to guarantee that wealthier households and undocumented illegal immigrants are not eligible.

California Congressman Loretta Sanchez states Republican lawmakers are blocking much-needed help for mediocre children. "Republicans in this organic structure just can't take yes for an answer. Even after addressing their concerns in this revised bill, many of our co-workers still insisted on standing with President Shrub instead of with working American families," she said.

White House functionaries state Democrats are more than interested in using the issue of children's wellness attention to denigrate the president than they are in determination a solution.
